Individual vs Group Cremation

Understanding the difference helps you choose what suits your family best — and there's no wrong choice.

Individual Cremation

Your pet is cremated alone in a dedicated ceremony. The ashes returned are entirely and exclusively your pet's. Ideal for families who want to keep or scatter ashes.

Group Cremation

Multiple pets are cremated together. A respectful, affordable option for families who don't require ashes to be returned. Conducted with the same ceremony and care as individual cremation.

We'll explain both clearly over the phone. Take the time you need before deciding.

Pet Cremation Questions

How long does the cremation process take?

A traditional wood pyre cremation typically takes 2–4 hours depending on the size of your pet. We'll give you a clearer estimate when we know more about your pet.

Will I get my pet's ashes back?

With individual cremation, yes — your pet's ashes are returned to you in a container. With group cremation, ashes are not individually returned as multiple pets are cremated together.

Can we bring flowers or items for the cremation?

Yes. Many families bring flowers, a favourite toy, or other mementos to place with their pet. We support this completely and will accommodate it as part of the ceremony.

Is a priest available for the cremation ceremony?

Yes. We can coordinate a priest experienced in Hindu pet funeral rites for the cremation ceremony. Let us know at the time of booking and we'll make the arrangement.
